about
Ali Hedone
After half a decade of study and experimenting, my practice has evolved to be at the crossroads between Sexology and Embodied Dance.
I use embodiment tools as a means of getting to know yourself sexually and sensually, as well as western and eastern mindfulness and sexual practices.
In session, we work together to help you cultivate self-intimacy, reclaim your body, connect to your partner if you have one, and discover your pleasure potential.
We mix coaching, sex education, self-inquiry, embodiment practices to boost your self-esteem and expand your orgasmicity.
I have worked through disconnection, body shame, feeling numb and shut down, not reaching pleasure and orgasm myself. I know the courage it takes to start this work.
It is my upmost desire to help you reclaim your fullest authentic expression.

I'm a dancer and certified practitioner specialising in Somatic Sexology, Embodiment, Sensuality, and Sacred Intimacy. I was born in France and currently reside in Sydney, Australia.
After years of working in the Creative and Fashion Industry between Paris and London, I turned towards Holistic Sexuality and Embodied Dance.
I initially studied a Master of Art, major Set Design at the University of Arts London (UAL), where I wrote my Master thesis on: The Clitoris and the Hidden Story of Female Sexual Pleasure. I wanted to make a point and I created a giant clitoris sculpture with added projection mapping visuals - so no one would miss it. After exhibiting my piece, lots of people started talking to me about their sex lives - I was feeling alive and so happy to have opened a door for people to freely talk about sex.
However, this made me realise how much I knew about the history of sex and so little about my own body. I wanted to help those people coming to me to share their experiences but I didn’t have the skills. And I thought, how can I help them if I couldn’t even help myself?
A long search into body connection and sexuality began for me, but this time it was not in books, theories, and feminist essays. It was by participating in sexuality workshops, attending coaching and bodywork sessions, and being dedicated to my own solo practices.
On my quest to find pleasure in my body, I also discovered the power of embodied sensual dance, after years of feeling disconnected from my body, my femininity, and my sensuality.
Today, I love to explore all forms of holistic and creative movements. Mainly practicing intuitive dance, contact improvisation, fire dance, erotic dances, contemporary, and weaving all styles together for a deep journey into embodied movement.
